Our Story

Our Vision Statement:

“Honouring our farming legacy, built on trust and driven by care.” 

The roots of our story run deep beginning in 1910, when the Weston family opened the doors of their abattoir with a simple mission: to provide reliable, quality meat to their community.

 

Over the decades, Weston's became and to this day are a trusted name, known for precision cuts, craftsmanship, and integrity.

In 2025, a new chapter began. The Sanders family, Steve & Karen and Ian & Krista, (Uncle & Nephew) both passionate hog farmers, purchased Weston's with the goal of preserving its proud tradition while bringing their own expertise in pork production to the table.

 

With years of experience in raising healthy, well-cared-for pigs, the Sanders family has always believed that quality starts on the farm.
