In 1910, the Weston family opened their abattoir with a mission to provide quality meat with integrity and craftsmanship. In 2025, two generations of the Sanders family – Steve & Karen and Ian & Krista, both passionate hog farmers – took over Weston’s, committed to preserving its legacy while bringing their expertise in responsible pork production.
